4 Account Verification

As a safe and trusted platform, 999db reserves the right to verify the identity of every user. The following documents may be requested during the verification process:

• National ID Card (NID) or a copy of your passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account)

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. 999db's KYC process is fully secure and your personal information is handled with strict confidentiality.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on 999db is ৳200. This minimum applies to all payment methods. Deposits can be made via: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

• Deposited funds are added to your account as quickly as possible.
• No additional fees are charged for deposits.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used for deposits.
• Third-party payments are not accepted and may result in account closure.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Before submitting a withdrawal request:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC).
• The wagering requirements of any active bonus must be met.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same method used for the deposit.

5.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

The 999db welcome bonus is a 200% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000. To claim this bonus:

• Each user may claim each bonus offer only once.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.

6.3 VIP Program

The 999db VIP program has 5 tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your overall activity on the platform. 999db reserves the right to change VIP benefits and terms.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical assistance.
• Money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security measures.
• Offensive, threatening, or abusive behavior toward the platform or other users.
• Gambling with third-party funds or transferring your account to another person.

999db reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take necessary legal action.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 999db website — logos, designs, graphics, software, text, game content, and other materials — is protected under the intellectual property rights of 999db or its licensors. You may:

• Use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Not copy, distribute, republish, or use any content for commercial purposes.
• Not attempt reverse engineering or extraction of source code.

The intellectual property of game providers (PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, etc.) belongs to their respective companies.

9 Limitation of Liability

10 Account Closure or Suspension

Bonus funds in accounts closed due to terms violations may be forfeited. However, legitimately deposited principal funds are generally returned, subject to the outcome of any investigation.
